PixelMuse provides an AI-powered image generation service. Users can create images using text prompts and various AI models. The Service operates on a credit-based system, where credits are consumed to generate images.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
4. Credits and Payments
- New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
- Additional credits can be purchased or obtained through subscriptions
- Purchased credits never expire; subscription credits reset monthly
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for unused credit packs
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create content depicting real people without consent
- Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the images you create. By making images public in the gallery, you grant us a license to display and promote them.
Our Service: The PixelMuse name, logo, and Service features are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. AI models may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelMuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
